As we finished up the book, it quickly became apparent that I'd greatly exceeded the length my publisher was expecting for the book. We decided at the last minute to pull the book's appendix and post the appendices here. Appendix A contains a overview of the BlackBerry Simulator and Appendix B covers the requirements for building an icon for a BlackBerry application.
