Complete Book is up on Safari Online PDF Print E-mail

The complete rough cuts version of BlackBerry Development Fundamentals has been posted to Safari Books Online.  I've completed the full edit process and in about 10 days I will start reviewing the final layouts of the chapters. The plan is to have everything reviewed and approved by October 6th. Even though Safari and Amazon show the book is coming out in November, the plan is still to publish very close to October 16th. Stay tuned.

First Pre-Review of the Book PDF Print E-mail

Jason Hook was nice enough to write an early review of the chapters that are up on Safari Books Online. I promised him a copy of the completed manuscript when available so he can do a thorough read (and hopefully full review).  Check it out when you get a chance: http://www.notesberry.org/notesberry/blog.nsf/d6plinks/JHOK-7US2BP

Almost Done PDF Print E-mail

The writing process has completed. The book is done, reviewed and edited. It's been passed on to production where they'll do a formal grammar, format and consistency check then lay the content out on the pages. I should start seeing pages for approval soon and a paper copy late September. Stay tuned.

Available on Safari Books Online PDF Print E-mail
Effective July 10, 2009, the book is available (in rough-cuts format) for reading on Safari Books Online. You can access the book here.
